We believe that every natural tooth is part of the body and should not be replaced when a reasonable option for its preservation still exists. That is why every treatment begins with a careful diagnosis, is carried out with precision, and, when necessary, involves close collaboration with dentists who share our commitment to saving natural teeth.

We do not promise that every tooth can be saved. Extraction is considered only when a tooth has a vertical root fracture that cannot be treated, or when the remaining tooth structure cannot support a safe and durable restoration. Before reaching that decision, we are committed to exploring every clinically sound and reasonable option, communicating the prognosis honestly, respecting each patient’s choices, and always prioritizing their long-term health.
